Feasibility Study FAQ:

How long will it take to get my report?

This will depend on our bookings when you enquire and the complexity of your project. We aim to deliver your feasibility study to you within three weeks of starting the study.  As we are reliant on manufactures and component suppliers replying to request for quotes to complete the cost section there are cases where the cost section of the report may be delayed. We will let you know if this is the case.

What type of concepts and product are covered for feasibility study?

This feasibility study covers most electronic and embedded software products. Studies for complex systems will cost more than the base rate listed above. If your product concept is a complex system with multiple connected devices we will be glad to work with you to design your system and provide you with a technical feasibility study .

What is not covered in the study?

• Business viability

• Intellectual Property matters

• Mechanical and Industrial design

• Transport and Logistic costs or import duties

How can we keep things confidential?

We take customer confidentiality seriously and promise to treat all the information you share with us as confidential. Being innovators ourselves we understand the value of your ideas, trade secrets and other company information.

A non-disclosure agreement will be sent to you once you request your feasibility study. For feasibility studies we ask that you sign our NDA. If you prefer to review the NDA before completing the Feasibility Study Request form you can download it here.

What about IP ownership?

The feasibility studies do not generally generate any IP, as they will not drill down to that level of detail.

Payment & Invoices

All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. Payments are made via bank transfer prior to the start of the feasibility study. Once you complete the study request form and we confirm that we can complete a study for your product concept we will send a quote with bank details. If you are funding your study with a grant please let us know and we will work with your funder to complete the required paperwork.

Meeting Location

We meet with most clients on-line. The optional in-person meeting included in the premium feasibility study is held in our office.
